Victoria: Well, not much to say, but I'll see if I can stretch it out a bit! So, it was cold enough to freeze your breath at Murrayfield, and foggy, but S&J assure me their rink in NJ is much colder. The ice was also knobbly, (due to condensate falling from the roof) but that is nothing new. The "workers" (lol) at the rink were doing things with the lights, making it brighter, then it darker! Not the best training environment but S&J were "taking it easy today" after flying from US and competing in England, then coming home to Scotland. Their idea of taking it easy isn't most peoples' idea of taking it easy. It still looked like hard graft to me. So the scene is set. I have Minnie the Moocher on a loop, in my brain ipod, and it'll probably stay there until something else replaces it.
